Dr. Marit Gerkhardt is the founder and owner of Savia-Consulting. With over 20 years of experience in executive and management diagnostics, she advises clients across industries on key selection and development issues. In addition, she has extensive expertise in the area of organizational development, change management and HR consulting. She provides professional support for transformation processes and the future-oriented development of HR topics, as well as advising executives on team development, coaching and their own development planning.

Dr. Marit Gerkhardt holds a PhD in psychology and has gained extensive experience in her work for various management consultancies. She also worked for several years as an internal change management consultant for an international DAX-listed company. Dr. Marit Gerkhardt is licensed to conduct job-related aptitude diagnostics in accordance with DIN 33430, is certified in Hogan Assessments, and holds an ICF Coaching Certificate.
