Based on a wide range of development and research projects in both the private and public sectors, he has many years of practical experience in consulting, coaching and moderation.
His focus is on strategic challenges, such as the planning, design, evaluation or further development of organizational concepts for corporate competence management and education controlling. In the school and university sector, he works on topics such as profile development and quality management in teaching, overarching approaches to profiling educational institutions and performance-related resource allocation.
